The Election of Officers is held each year at the Annual Meeting. The Officers of the Association shall be: President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. The President shall be elected every two years and the remaining positions elected every year by the general membership.

Additionally, there shall be an Executive Board consisting of the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and six (6) District Vice Presidents. The six District Vice Presidents shall be elected at the Annual Meeting for a term of two years.
